SF Municipal Transportation Agency's Transit Effectiveness Project (TEP)

Hope Road team members created and managed a community outreach plan for the Transit Effectiveness Project (TEP), the first comprehensive review of MUNI in 25 years. We produced and managed 11 community meetings throughout the city with the goal to gather input from the public about how the Project Staff Recommendations. The meetings reached over 1,500 people who attended the workshops.
